If you wish to make a complaint, please follow the process outlined below. This will help us resolve your issue efficiently and restore your confidence:

Prepare Formal Complaint
Required Documents: Please attach a copy of your ID and all documents related to your complaint.

Official Timeframe

Final Reply: The Company will reply with the investigation results and final decision within 2 months of receiving your
complaint. If the case is complex, we will inform you of the delay; the total time will not exceed 3 months.

Escalation
Financial Ombudsman within 4 months of receiving our final decision.
